Educational high school athletics is not about the individual success of elite athletes or programs, but about the pursuit of victory with honor, grace and dignity.  If it were all about the winning, then on any given day one-half of the teams competing were failures.  That just isn’t so.  It is all about making good citizens who contribute and make their school and community better because they were there.  Honor your school by sharing stories about how your teams make a difference at your school by emailing them to: wmclaugh@sdcoe.net
